If you encounter connection problems, try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Remove the Pocket Egg in the PoGo App by going to Settings->PoGo -> then click the eject icon. 2. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget the device. 3. Short press the button to switch function until the LED is in blue. Press and hold the button until the LED flashes between red and green, then release the button. 4. Wait for 10-20 seconds, when the green light flashes, indicating the successful clearing of the Bluetooth ID. 5. Go back to the PoGo App and pair it again.
